Welcome! This page should tell you all you need to know about being a vendor for our Annual Gem & Mineral Show.
Application: 2024 copy. We will update in early 2025 with a new copy. We are not committing spots until the new year when we begin sending messages.

New Vendors
Thank you for your interest! Please be advised that we generally hold repeat vendor spots until June, which means we won't be able to guarantee a location until then. If you send an application in earlier, we will hold it and assign space first come, first serve. Please reach out to see where exactly we are at on this.

Returning Vendors
Thank you for being a vendor! We hope to see you in the future.
There are several differences that will take place from last year, due to record numbers of new vendor interest and other circumstances. This information is incomplete but will get you an idea of what's coming up if you happen to check the site early.
Vendor applications & cover letters will be sent in late February to vendors who were present last year, or who were committed a space but for medical reasons were unable to participate. Your spaces will lock down in June if you have reached out before then. If we do not hear back by June, your old space is not guaranteed! We will begin filling space with new vendors by that time.
We will be adjusting how we assign spaces to be more precise than before. Some vendors have been able to utilize two spaces worth while paying for one. Single spaces aren't created equal depending where they are. We will be working to balance this out for fairness. If you have been seeing consistent extra space it may be reduced; this will not affect vendors with consistently measured spots. Also, please reach out to us to see if we are able to accomodate more than two spaces inside or out if you need them. This much space cannot be guaranteed in 2025.
Our new schedule is set to open at 9:00am and close at 3:30pm. This is to account for busier morning traffic and the lull that occurs past 3:00pm which I'm sure you've noticed. Coordinators will still be present at 7:30am to begin setup.
Finally, we will be trying to address a security concern regarding items occasionally walking away during setup, especially for inside booths. Likely, this will appear as volunteers stationed at each door confirming who comes in and out, which will be designated club volunteers and vendors. There has been outside security the past few years but we are working on refining this as well to keep the show safe, including police coordination as they are available.
These updates will be built into the 2025 cover letter and application.
