Vendor information is split to a new page. Sign ups are open and accessible for new vendors, especially for single outside spots. Inside is very tight however.

The usual for new vendors
So the timeline works something like this, as of 2026 and looking forward.
In February, or March if we are late, we send out vendor applications to repeat vendors. They have dibs on spots from the previous year until the start of May. Once that rolls around, it is first come first serve for who reaches out/pays first. We tend to be quite closed up by July and sometimes even by June, but even if you are a last minute vendor you can still reach out and we'll keep you in mind.
We're not super strict on the dates, if you're a few days late or circumstances are against us, just keep us in the loop and we'll be fine. The show is quite busy however so we have to be a little strict with space assignment.
Regarding spots,
It is possible to show up and pay at the Show, but at that point we can make no guarantee of space available and strongly recommend you get in touch first.
We try to offer the same space that was available the previous year to repeat vendors, but this is not a guarantee. New vendors tend to fit where possible, and it may be the case a new vendor is simply filling a spot that an older repeat vendor was unable to take for the year. For this reason, they may find the spots shift a little in early years.
This page will be elaborated on a little more as time goes on, its still a bit of a draft for now. The application form has all the basics you need. These sections are an informal extra.
